At Gisada, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fragrance experience. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to request a return authorization and receive your prepaid shipping label via email.

• 2.
  Pack Your Fragrance

  Carefully place the item in its original, unopened packaging and secure it inside a sturdy shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided return label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned item, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
